The analog / digital dashboard with display of IMA system status
The three circular guages, from left to right, are analog tachometer, analog speedometer with digital odometer/trip meter display, and digital IMA display. The digital IMA display is divided into four quadrants: The left quadrant is the fuel gauge, the top quadrant is the charge/assist indicator, the left quadrant is the IMA battery state of charge indicator, and the bottom quadrant is the engine coolant temperature indicator.

Hybrid Civic Layout
Note that the battery and IMA control units are packaged together in a single IPU unit, as in the Insight. In the hybrid Civic, the IPU package is slightly more compact, and is situated immediately behind the rear seat backs. This results in a trunk that while slightly smaller than the non-hybrid Civic, has a typical trunk shape without any akward bump-outs.
