Honda has Issued Two "Service Bulletins" for the Insight

Service bulletins have been issued for the following two issues with the Insight. Apparently these problems have been corrected for Insights now being produced, but may need to be corrected for earlier Insights.

1. ECM needs to be updated on Insights as those in cold weather regions may not start due to the early ECM.

2. Rear window wiper motor is not grounded properly and will cause static in the radio.
