I'm confused about this...
I have a 2003 CVT Insight. I bought it new in San Diego, CA, and it has always been registered here. I have the extended Honda Care warranty (to 100K or 2010).
I currently have 31K miles on my Insight.
It's June 17, and I have not received a letter yet. The original post in this thread says something about the dealers verifying that the customer has this letter.
(1) Am I necessarily eligible for this upgrade/fix?
(2) And can I just take this in without the letter, and if I should expect any hassle without it?
Any advice and information is greatly appreciated!
