T=RC is the formula. In this case T= .00005 This noise is an easy one to get rid of. Its 10 times the frequency of the data. I would use a 1K resistor and a 50pf capacitor. Actually better would be to use a 10K pot wired as a variable resistor so you can adjust it to best filter out the noise without hurting the data.
