This is an implication that the IMA battery is having problems so that is why, I suppose, the IMA light comes on. But it is not clear whether the 12V charging would continue or not. But I suppose it does continue or I could not have gotten 8 hours of use out of it. I did notice that the RED picture of the battery that comes on if you have 12V problems, did NOT come on at any time.
I would not assume that it is the battery. The "Voltage Signal Circuit" sounds like an issue with the logic controls for the motor or the MCM. After you get your new sticks next week, put them in and see if it goes away. If not, you may have problems with the components to the left of the battery.
