My opinion only about this "more refined." comment by Motorweek....
Toyota had a lot of years with the first few generations of their Prius's to get it finally refined, and so will Honda next time around with the next full make over. But the Prius is a not a sub-compact car anymore, but the Insight is and should be compared with other sub-compacts not the III generation of toyota's prius.
