If you lift up the cover for the spare tire and follow the black ventilation ducting for the IMA battery located directly under the tire, I **think**, if I remember correctly, the IMA battery vents out the passenger rear side. Be sure the vanes that allow the ventilation duct to exit out the inner fender aren't obstructed. This would cause the IMA battery to overheat and could be the cause of the CELs you are seeing. I can't see how the electronics could be so severely affected by a parking lot hit to the rear and that you were able to bump back into place.
Did any fuses blow that might have led to the sudden loss of function in the electrical systems? The car should run on the ICE alone, even with an inoperable IMA system.
Perhaps an ABS sensor was damaged and this is the culprit for the brake system?
Check the IMA vent exit to be sure it's not obstructed to determine whether or not I can be driven anywhere. Just my 0.02.
