The 09 sport fit according to tire rack uses 17s. Even if its 16s, you cant use your stock tires.
I found online 1lb to the wheel is like adding 8 inside the car. I have 100 extra lbs at least for the speaker upgrade. Wonder if its removing? Wheel weight effects braking too.
