That appears to be an oil that is made by an unknown source but labeled for a particular company, Ravenol. There are many similar store-branded oils in the U.S. However, I shy away from these because I don't really know much about them.

I don't think many cars are designed to use 0W-20. I can't find any 0W-20 in Sweden. The Swedish Mobil 1 Website doesn't list 0W-20. The closest available is 0W-30.
