Default SubPack Voltage Versus Remaining Capacity

Just thought I would post a few figures after doing some testing on an old pack I have kicking about which needs a refurb.

It's been stood for a couple of months at least and I first of all noted all the subpack voltages, I then checked the remaining capacity in each stick with the Overloader set to discharge at 20A.

Quite interesting result, and a reasonable corelation between terminal voltage and remaining capacity emerged. Anything below about 7.65v was essentially empty.

1) 7.68V 2178 mah (This is the bottom + connection)
2) 7.75V 2317 mah
3) 7.84V 3814 mah
4) 7.63V 1745 mah
5) 7.69V 1405 mah
6) 7.72V 1790 mah
7) 7.73V 2299 mah
7.74V 1862 mah
9) 7.36V 0 mah
10) 7.56V 198 mah
11) 7.35V 15 mah
12) 7.68V 2391 mah
13) 7.59V 359 mah
14) 7.79V 1933 mah
15) 7.72V 1083 mah
16) 7.02V 10 mah
17) 7.14V 15 mah
1 6.62V 0 mah
19) 7.59V 621 mah
20) 7.71V 3057 mah (This is the top - connection)

So I will be swapping 8 or so subpacks and then testing the duff ones later.

Interestingly the bad ones all appear to be in the top two rows. Heat issue?
