FS: Rostra Cruise Control System

I have an absolutely new-in-box Rostra cruise control system that I'm looking to sell. I haven't even opened the box to take a peek. I bought these parts new about six months ago when I bought my Insight, and finally realized that I am simply never going to get around to installing it (and that I'd rather have Wet Okole covers!). I've got everything you need to get a 1st-generation Insight going:

Part #250-1223 - Cruise Control, Global Electronic
Part #250-1483 - Universal RF Switch for 2000-2003 Civic, Mazda, Escort & Mirage
Part #250-4325 - Throttle Adapter

Price: $sold including shipping.

is this an adaptive cruise control (with load)? or does it only hold the throttle still..?

It is adaptive I have one in my CVT and it works great.....This brand seems to be the most common cruise control that people have added to their Insights. The RF swtich is also a nice option as it makes the install appear to be more stock looking. Here is what the switch looks like installed on an MT model:



I have a CVT so my cruise control switch is mounted on the other side and the shape matches the "D and S" CVT control switch.

I don't use mine that often (due to some MPG loss) but on a long trip, it comes in handy using it for a few minutes to give the right foot a break every so often.
