Hi, Just wondering why do you want one without A/C, since its going to be much harder to find one since they only came in 2000 w/out A/C, and you could really just remove A/C from any other year model right? or am i missing something...

Wanted to avoid hassle of removing the A/C and then needing to put it back in for resale. Also, would like to have a spare Insight to muck around with that doesn't always have to be in running condition for daily driving duties.

i never really run my a/c, you can turn it off when you put the hvac on.

Yep, I rarely, if ever turn it out. Trying to rid myself of the extra 30 lbs and gain some space.
