Wanted to Buy 4 rims 2001 insight

Need rims for snow tires. Don't care about appearance only function.

Honda VX rims work quite well. They are 13" vs. 14" of the stock rims, so you've got a bit more choices when it comes to winter tires to fit. Something to think about.

Thanks, but, I've got the winter tires in the stock size already. I just like to keep my snows on rims so I can change them myself. So I'm still looking.

I am still looking for 4 rims. In spite of accepting the offer in the prior post the seller failed to honor the agreement or respond to follow up emails. Therefore, still looking for 4 rims for 2001 Insight. Honest sellers only please.

I got my Insight this past December. I found a set of rims from a 95 Civic DX. They are steal and while they are a little heavy, they are sturdy and can handle the inevitable pot-hole that you are sure to encounter in winter driving. There are web sites that give Honda wheel sizes. I know the Insight uses a 4 x 100 which is very common in Honda's lines of cars. I found mine on Craigslist locally. Take a look, there are a lot of Civic and Honda parts advertises there.

As I said, I wasn't removing the tires before the engine and doors came out. Now that they're out (last week), you don't want them. Okay. I really don't care. I offered to drop them to you if you were anywhere near where I was traveling tomorrow (Mike Dabrowski's place in NE CT).

Although telling me that you don't want them anymore because winter is gone and then posting here that you want some is not exactly "honest".

I am still looking for rims. Re the prior post he told me in writing on 11/22/10 it would be a couple of weeks and I attempted contact in Dec. and Jan. He just responded in March. He always knew I needed the rims for snows. I still need the rims I'm just done dealing with someone who ignores emails and blows people off on an agreement.

Again, I still need 4 rims.
