WTB: 2000-2006 Honda Insight!

i'm located in Florida and i'm willing to drive/travel a bit if its within reason or worth it...

basic criteria needed to be considered are:

• must be running with good or bad 144v IMA battery. I need to make it home to south/central florida.
• any color
• 5-speed manual ONLY
• clean interior or can be cleaned. no tears in seats unless minor
• MY 2000-2006
• no major (frame) damage
• prefer non-modified but certain modifications are welcome
• priced under/around $4,000 (negotiable)

i've worked in several body shops before and might consider an Insight that needs some body panels to be replaced... i can do the work myself but since i don't have a shop i can't exactly do major work on it...
