Default Wanted! Broken or cracked gen 1 front bumper cover!

Hi again guys. I'm looking to buy a front bumper cover (gen 1) to use as a mold. It can be cracked (not in the center, but on an end.) I don't care if an end is even missing, as long as the center part is intact and not distorted at all. I want to mold a plug for the entire bottom opening. I plan to do this using a secured wood backing, filling the lower opening with expandable foam, then when dry, using my heat bow (used for shaping foam wing cores for r/c airplanes,) to trim the excess foam protruding out the front perfectly smooth to the exact shape and contour of the bumper cover. This will be my template plug. Fiberglass cloth and resin to make a mold. From there, I'd like to make up some foam or plastic one piece paint to match plugs that pop right in, and are held in place from behind with a couple simple threaded studs, vertical flat bars, and wing nuts. Simple pop in and pop out; no tools required! Any help on the cheap, for a broken or cracked cover with the center intact and not distorted would be appreciated! PM me! Thanks again guys! Chris
