there are places that can resurface wheels to make them look new again. Usually costs about $100-$150.
another used wheel in good condition will probably cost you around $100 anyway, even from ebay.
there is a seller on ebay though that can provide any insight part you need at a very reasonable cost. "flamboyantautoparts"
