Lightbulb FS: Yellow '01 Insight CVT, great shape + new BetterBattery $6500

This is not my car, however it is owned by my friend / co-worker, who happens to be a master Porsche mechanic as well:
2001 Honda Insight CVT (automatic)

He had it painted less than a year ago, it's a bright yellow paint job (including door jams), really well done. This car looks great in person.

It has 179k miles on it but runs perfect, the valvetrain and engine are much quieter than my 01 5-speed.

He also just bought a "BetterBattery" from Hybrid Repair last month:
Hybrid-Battery.com

If you're looking for a solid, unique Insight that won't have IMA issues, this is a great pick up.

He has it up for $6500

A couple of months back there was a 2005 yellow in Oregon for sale, I thought it was the same car at first but I have a picture of the other one and it has a big 2005 sticker on the windshield. I actually like the yellow, think it looks pretty good.

NIce ride - it looks good in yellow. If it were a manual, I'd definitely be interested.

Ditto if it were a manual. Like the yellow.

Yep, I remember that car, definitely a different one though.

Me too! If it was a manual I'd probably just trade him.
