The phoenix has risen from the ashes of HBR.

Brian do you know have all the monies owed by HBR been paid?

All cores returned?

Did you buy Ron out in the end?

Did you buy his battery testing equipment and stock of old cells etc?

Although I wish you well in your new venture the fallout from the HBR fiasco will take people a long time to forget on here. Your best bet will be to advertise in virgin territory IMHO.

Multiposting is bad forum etiquette so the other threads have been deleted.

Sir,
This firm has nothing to do with Ron or HBR. I was a victim of the HBR fiasco as well as I was laid off along with the entire staff. Ron and I do not associate with each other and will never again.
I do not own and will never buy any items from Ron or HBR. He and his wife owe those people their money and I will assist in any way they need to help get their money and housings.
From my understanding Ron sold the housings to other competiors and the cells to a recycler in Ohio. I do not have anything from any customers from HBR.
My business model is to have the cells in stock and not take peoples money as a deposit. A customers buys and we ship same day.
I have spent months getting this business started and distancing myself from the HBR fiasco. I ask for people to support a small business person who was also highly impacted by HBR.

Maybe include your location in your profile. We have battery suppliers in Oregon, Arizona, Co. I think, and ?

Willie
Good luck on your venture.

Brian,
What I would like to know is what makes your batteries/service better than others?

Are your batteries made from the same manufacturer as say Bumblebatteries or other folks who sell battery packs?

I would hate to spend $2225. to find out that the battery quality, welds, construction is sub par.

Brian,

Maybe some pictures of your current battery cells, showing details of the welds, internal construction and so on would help.

Anything you can do to help people here with their comfort level would go a long way.

I hope you can understand the concern.

Jim.

Jim,
These are of the same manufacturer that the other folks and Bumblebee receive their cells from. If you go on my website Green Volt Hybrid Home you will see a picture of the cells being worked on. The welds are the same and meet or exceed testing. I do understand your concern as I would be the same way. Thank you for the question!!

Looks like you are somewhere in the NYC area? Closest to me!

BTW, your online store was coming up all weird.
