Suggestion:

Allow members to post news articles.

Allow MIMA to frolic free once more... one master thread just means dozens of topics will get lost in the shuffle.

1) I still can't find the moderator tools to move and edit stuff?

2) The Moderator section does not contain a list of moderators as stated.

Thanks

Peter

Right above Message Editor Interface is Date & Time Options, and if you haven't already, you should set your time zone there. I just did, and now my last post shows the correct time and date.

Though I prefer PHPbb, I started to get used to vBulletin at another site. It has its pluses and minuses. Apart from the annoying pause that forces me to stare at the "Click Here to get Premium!" image, this site is set up better than that other vBulletin site.
Thanks a lot Fenrir! I forgot that many people here haven't used VB, I will try to set up the WYSIWYG editor to appear for everyone automatically.

I fully support any members writing news articles for the homepage. Users can PM the mods if they have one and it can be forwarded to me for posting. Great idea!

I have started a thread for moderator questions in our private area. The information is relevant for us only. I will explain anything you need to know there. Thanks!

You ask for responses in this thread:

1st Gen vs. 2nd Gen

Quote:
80% to 20% so far eh? What is it that people hate so much about the second gen car?? Feel free to post responses when you vote.

Yet I'm locked out and can not post a response...

Default Photo Gallery Bug

Just after I created a new photo gallery, I tried to click on each photo to see a larger image, but an error occurred saying something about an invalid photo. I unfortunately didn't record the message or click the notify administrator button. After I had uploaded all photos, I saw my new photo gallery listed in the photo gallery section, but when I click on my photo gallery, I see only the cover photo and none of the other photos. I am no longer given the opportunity to edit the gallery or photos.

I noticed the same problem with other photo galleries whose titles include an apostrophe. I created a second identical photo gallery whose title does not include an apostrophe. I am able to view all photos in this new gallery which appears to behave normally.

However, I am unable to delete the photo gallery that doesn't work correctly. Will an administrator please delete the photo gallery entitled "Art's 2000 Insight"?
