Ad keeps crashing my browsers

I keep having one ad that crashes my browsers. This is happening on both Mac and Windows. I get the message that a script is making my Flash 10 player run slowly, and do I want to abort. No matter if I click yes or no, my browser then locks up and I have to force quit. I can never see what ad it is because it doesn't load.

Anyone else experiencing this? I think the ad must be corrupt.

Aha! It's either the Lexani or the Silverado ad. It's not happening every time they load, but it's happening a lot. My guess is that it's the Silverado one.

I also have been having problems with this site. Besides IE crashing from time to time:

On occasion I will get banner ads that appear on the left margin that will push all the posts to the far right.

If I leave an IC window open for long periods of time while doing something else (or leaving it idle), the computer will run the hard drive continuiously (like it is low on resources) untill the window is closed. This only happens on IC.

I got that ad occasionally also, it freezes Firefox too. If you are using Firefox, download the AdBlockerPlus add-on, and it removes all the Ad's from the site, and all pages load up much much faster.

Hi I use Firefox and Adblock add on ,
have not had problems so far with this site.
And cannot see the ads too..

Blocking the ads is like fast forwarding through commercials on tv, your stealing the content.

Yeah, I had problems too. I disabled flash and java. Every now and then I get an error about unable to load inventory, out of memory error and something about c++ debugger.

I ended up having to install an ad-blocking plugin to use this forum at all. I actually looked for other Insight owner forums but this seemed to be the only one out there. I don't like the idea of stealing content, but I needed some info and this was the only place to find it. Without blocking the intellitxt and autoforums.com ads it takes up to thirty seconds per page to load for me, and that's just unacceptably slow for browsing a forum. I still let the Google ads through 'cause they don't seem to stop the page from downloading. Perhaps if the site admins could limit the number, location, or source of ads per page it might not be necessary to use a blocker for basic functionality...

I can understand advertising, but who picks the advertisiers? Is it an absent T owner? I see currently 2 ads for net flix and an ad for tire rack plus Lexani. I already have netflix, is that why I am seeing the ad

? Why do current owners see ads for other hybrids not made by Honda? Seems a visitor can benefit from seeing Insight ads vs the other guys.

I think ads for led bulbs and aftermarket honda parts or oem accessories for both models would do a lot better.
