To put everyone in the picture there are only two Insight owner mods on here at present.
Myself as Admin/Mod & BryanKWalton as a Mod.
The Autoforum super admin guys are seperate and infrequent visitors.
The IC community is very well behaved and apart from occasional spam not much needs doing. We could however do with a dedicated I2 owner enthusiast as a mod, so if anyone wants to volunteer or nominate someone please post on this thread. A dedicated and knowledgable I2 owner could also help and guide discussion on the I2 as threads appear.
If anyone else has a burning desire to be a mod please let us know.
Thanks to all those who replied i'll keep your names for future reference.
Mark (Cobb) has been appointed as a new moderator with particular responsibility for the I2 section. Please support and encourage him as required. Thanks Peter
Id like to thank everyone in advance for their cooperation. If you have a problem with someone, message me first vs posting a reply. If you really need to post a reply, wait 8 hours before hitting the submit button.
As the liaison for my team at work, I tell them if you have nothing nice to say, cone see me.

The biggest part of being a moderator on any forum has been getting rid of Spammers. I moderate on several forums and it really surprises me how many Spam ads are put up. When you think about it, someone must click on them or they wouldn't keep placing the ads. One forum we actually suggested tot the owner that he ban any IP addresses from three countries, it cut Spam down substantially.
Another forum I moderate on doesn't get more than a handful of spammers each week. I don't know how they choose where they are going to hit.
I am unaware of any current needs. This site is very, very, very well behaved despite a few spammers that post over nite.
If I had to choose anyone they would be an expert on the sites subject matter from what I have read. Just to name a few off the top of my head I that post on a regular bases I would pick Mike D2K, Willie or NJoesph(SP?).
NJoseph impressed me a while back ago as he use to post links in repelys to posts on the i2 vs not help or say to use search and look it up yourself.
The posts that mention to the op to use search piss me off. I know its there for a reason, but some sites or if you are unaware of the right term will not show the post or it gives you search overload for the result. If you are going to post a response, just give the answer and welcome the new guy aboard. Dont tell your guest to look it up. If he can pass the registration process, he could of done so.
Yes, all spammers are blocked, banned by ip.
