Default Contacting the Community Support Team

If you are having trouble using the forum or need help with any of its features, please feel free to contact the site admin or one of the moderators. However, we request that you please read the Registration and Posting F.A.Q. prior to emailing us. The F.A.Q. page answers some of the questions we receive most often and also contains a link to a more advanced F.A.Q. page.

If you still can't find the information you need, log into the forum and visit the Moderators' Team Page to view a list of moderators and contact information. The Site Admin should usually be your first point of contact for technical issues or to report any concerns about the forum, and the moderators are also here to help.

Members who have not yet activated their accounts and need support should also refer to the F.A.Q. Page and may use the general InsightCentral.net Contact form for further help.

As always, we welcome your suggestions and comments. Don't forget to also check the rest of the site for answers to many of your Insight-related questions.

The InsightCentral.net Community Team

Hi,

Now that there are two Insights I am finding that separating them in the way you have is not real working..

Sure, there are distinct areas for each car, but along with most peeps I check new posts daily and get all the gen 2 posts that I am not at all interested in, and probably vice versa for the gen 2 crowd.

Is it possible to have a gen 1 new posts and a gen 2 new posts button at the top of the page? perhaps you could do a pol to see if that would be popular with each faction?

What would also help is for all new members to include their details on year of car in the signature, as this site is being flooded by new members, and many of them are not listing the year of their insight, which gets confusing when they start a thread or ask a question that requires an answer tailored to their car. All members need to list year, and if you have a Gen1, then please specify CVT or 5spd for the same reasons.

Or perhaps even better, the ability to exclude sections one doesn't care about. The reason I say this is that there are sections of the forum that are generic (and not generation specific). So, in my case, I would love to simply exclude the generation 2 sections and see everything else.
