Exactly.
Typically, if you adjust the rear adjusters, the brake pedal gets mch tighter (higher and firmer) which improves brake feel. It allows reduces the travel on the handbrake, but to me that is simply a bonus.
I will get around to pullling the rear wheels in a couple of weeks when I get back from travelling and report back.
