EBAY - 03 With 30K Miles - Hmmmm

Just noticed this 03 with 30K original miles. He said its never been wrecked or damaged. I always get suspicious when I see writing on metal parts though, some kind of writing on the front cross member right behind the radiator. Hmmmm

This car has been on sale for over a month on AutoTrader. I think it was selling for $12999. Kelly Blue Book value of the car is about $12500 suggested retail. I was thinking about getting a used 1st Gen. Honda Insight to complement the 2010 Honda Insight I already have. But this is way over my price range. Clean title and no accidents reported on the CarFax report. However, it helps to have the car inspected to ensure there are no major issues with it.

It says "35 - 10-09". If it was a part from a junkyard, it would have the initials of the yard, and wouldn't have last month's date. That looks like it could be the lot number from an auction.
