Hydraulic Hybrids

Does anyone know anything about these? According to what I've seen on the net, Ford was supposed to have a F-150 hydraulic hybrid out this year that would get 60 mpg, but when I go to their website I see no mention of it at all. Also from what I've read it would only seem to work well in stop and go traffic and would be hard to adapt to smaller cars.

But I remember a recent newspaper article about UPS putting a half dozen or so of a hydraulic hybrid's in their deliver truck fleet as a real world proof of concept.
