Wow, I had planned on picking up a manual transmission from him at some point as my syncro's are completly shot. Now I'm a little nervous that finding a decent MT in the future will become much more difficult!

Well they were rebuilding the two blue ones (no they aren't the same car). He fixes them up and sells them when he can. That's some positive karma to offset the van loaded with three cut-up Insight bodies that was being taken down to the recycler.

Once a business grows beyond a certain point, it becomes surreal. The extraordinary becomes ordinary. Brent's shop has possibly the largest collection of Insight parts on the planet. My shop has the largest number of IMA batteries outside of Honda's supply warehouse and wherever they store the bad batteries before (maybe) reusing the cells.

When visitors come, they have a hard time dealing with the sight of 60-100 batteries stacked in racks. For example, here are some junction boards:

Or a box of fuses. Each one of these represents a car that is no longer on the road and a junction board that was stripped (not the ones in the picture above).

I see nothing on that site to even find out where the parts are coming from.

Until someone goes by his location I will have to assume that person is not Brent.

I just wonder why he killed his eBay name after racking up like 30 negatives in a couple of months.. then seems to have started a new one.. and is racking up some negatives there too.

Dunno, something is wrong.

I called, and the voice on the voicemail is not his. Also, Urbana is about 300 miles away from Toledo.

I like the brown Insight, though.
