Default Honda Micro Commuter

Honda have developed a small electric commuter vehicle, please see:

Honda Micro Commuter prototype revealed | Auto Express

If that is a bit tame for you, on the same website there is news that the new Civic Type R might have 300bhp:

Honda Civic Type-R to get 2.0 turbo engine | Auto Express

P.S. Not for the first time I am not able to post on the Insight and Honda News part of the forum?

The micro car looks like a cross between the IQ and A Smart. Id rather take the Type R.

Weak sauce on the micro car. Make it the same form factor nd power as the I1 though...

I thought it was common knowledge at this point that the high roofline and nearly vertical windshield was bad for aero and mpg?

This car is so small it can only fit 2 people with their carry-on bags. I think the concept is a cheap car with low gasoline consumption.

Indeed. This is only good for short distance travel.

Default Honda Brio

the car i would like to see in UK is the Honda Brio, one size down from the Jazz/Fit built in India, 5 door 1.2 hatchback, same engine as the Jazz/Fit.

Three cars sold in the UK include Suzuki Alto, Nissan Pixo, Hyundai i10, all are built in India and are quite a common sight on British roads, low purchase price especially Alto £5995 entry level car.

I wish Honda would join the party by importing the Brio

I asked a Honda PR agent about the Brio last year, but she wasn't aware of any plans to bring the Brio over here. It might not be engineered to meet European regulations.
