Default What's a good scan tool for use with the Insight?

I'd like to get an OBDII scan tool to use with the Insight and would like some advice from the forum. In searching past posts I've never seen a topic that gives the pros and cons of various tools.

The scan tool at http://www.scangauge.com/ seems like it might be good for mounting inside the Insight for use when driving.

What are the tools some of you are using? Would you buy the same tool again?

Thanks for your advice.

Where to get the OBDII software?
http://www.insightcentral.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=901

How to read IMA (and other) diag codes without a scanner.

(you'll only get the Honda "blink" code versions, not as comprehensive as the OBDII codes)

And accidently short the wrong 2 pins and its all over but the crying

HTH!

I use the AutoXRay EZ Scan 4000. It's certainly not cheap, but does the job very well and AutoXRay is an easy company to deal with.

Aaron, thanks for the recommendation about the AutoXray. It looks like a really good scan tool.
