good news for 2005 California owners
Even though there is some fine print on the CA DMV website that states the 2005 Insight does not qualify for the clean air stickers (free passage in toll-based car pool lanes) I sent in my $8 and got my stickers!
Since my normal commute in the Insight costs about $3 in gasoline and $4 or much more in tolls (they raise the tolls the worse traffic is up to $8 one way), this is great for me.
Love my CVT Insight. 3000 miles, LMPG 55 and easily get around 60 MPG on the commute with careful driving.
