Deleted Threads???

I posted a legitimate question a couple of hours ago in another forum and was looking for a answer. Some other members had replyed and now that thread has been deleted. Who is deleting these threads and why?

Not me.

The only topic/s deleted/modified/locked, recently, had to do with profanity, solicitation and Mima.

The rules regarding such are reasonably clear. If not, usually the author is notified by PM.

If you are convinced that IC has been hacked, please PM a moderator.

I have seen this happen a couple of times in the past with my posts as well but I thought it was because of a tape backup / restore of the forum.

The restore would not have any new posts afterwards. That's my guess anyway
