Squeeking noise when warmed up (at idle only!)

I have a 2000 5-speed with high miles. The car runs great but when it warms up, it develops this squeeking noise at idle only. If I rev it even 200 rpm more, it goes away. It is fine all the time over 1200 rpm. It is in the engine compartment, and at first I thought it might be the serp. belt. But it is not. I can push in the clutch, but the noise does not go away, so I don't thing it is the throw-out bearing. I can't pin point it, but It does sound like it is coming from the rear of the engine though. Any thoughts from anyone with a higher mile (over 150k) car that may have had the same problem? Thanks!

It happened only at idle on the first day I picked it up and drove it back from MI about 330 miles. The car had been stored for the winter up to that point. Whatever it was, it went away when I put it on the road and drove it. Something not lubricated or dry maybe? Either way, I've been driving it every day now for a month or 2, and the noise has been gone. I think it just had to do with it being stored and not being driven at all for quite a while. Thanks guys!
