Question IMA refurbishment?

Can anybody vouch for this refurb guy based on experience and having it done for months afterwards? I'm at 386k miles and need to replace my second battery, which came from a junkyard and although it only had 14k miles on it, didn't last very long due to age. I'm referring to the ad on this site that points to:

Yes, he's legitimate and competent, and his refurbished batteries are good. There are plenty of his satisfied customers on this board.

Your junkyard battery didn't last because it sat before you installed it, and became imbalanced. I balanced and cycled my junkyard pack before installing it, and I've had no signs of trouble from it.

You should have plenty of good cells left between your two packs to make one good pack out of, if you're inclined to DIY.

Default Pack Refurb

You should consider having a 350mA charger circuit, this keeps a rerfurbished pack in good shape.

If you charge the pack for several hours at 350mA, every couple of weeks or so, it keeps the cells in balance, first of all though have the pack tested for capacity and condition
