Default Where'd you mount your amp?

I'm getting mine in the mail today, and I know the shoebox setup had an aluminum plate that an amp mounted to under the seat, but since I don't have that, where should I put it?

I can post install pics as thanks when I'm done

A good solution is simply on the carpet under the seat. (A tight enough fit that you don't have to worry about fastening it down in most cases)

My amp is attached to the carpet under the passenger seat with velcro. It is very secure.

Thanks fellas, I did end up just putting it under the passenger seat, but the velcro is a great idea, I'll add that as well.
