That's interesting wonder if it is an HIM/HDS clone in a different box with some modified software?
It seems to have all the standard Honda HDS/HIM tool functions
I would like to borrow it as well if someone buys one.

Interesting. I would like to play with it as well..
Regarding the odometer rewrite.. I don't think that's a big deal overall, as long as you as a buyer does your due diligence. Odometer discrepancies are a big red flag and should show up in a Carfax or what not.

That explains all the low miles Insights I see for sale here and there. Its hard to believe someone with a high fuel economy car would only drive it upwards to 60 thousand miles in 10-15 years.
I also play with geo metros on the side and there odometers do not register 100 thousand miles. Its easy though to spot one thats already flip that by examining the rest of the car.
Carfax just tells you what has been previously reported. If you report is higher than it was previously registered no one would be the wiser.
Otherwise replacing the dash is another tried and true method.

No it doesn't. Nobody is rolling back Insight odometers. Most Motor Vehicle departments are pretty good about noting odometer readings and any discrepancies.
There are many more extremely high mileage Insights than there are low mileage. The low mileage ones are typically driven by vacationers and such. Besides, like you said, it's generally pretty easy to tell when a car is low mileage.
Why would anyone increase the odometer reading? The issue here is rolling it back. If the carfax says a car was last registered at 100,000 miles and suddenly you're buying it with 50,000, that's a pretty big red flag.. lol.

My 88 Dodge Wagoneer had 56 thousand on the clock, the carfax said 86 and something.
That ment it had rolled a hundred thousand. I could of said it had 87 thousand and drove it 31 thousand miles and say it didn't work out and keep its value in regards to depreciation.
And no, the dash had not been replaced. Yes, it was well worn and past due for service on everything.

I bought the FLY100 last year to work on diagnosing my 2003 civic SI and making new keys. The thing was worthless... didn't work at all. Almost all the instructions were a Chinese videos, obviously I do not speak Chinese so made it completely useless to me. Also the "help" was garbage as well. The person that sold it to me, told me they would ask their "technical person" if they knew. Needless to say they didn't know how to solve any of the questions I had on how to work the FLY100.

Assuming you still have it do you want to send it to me to try and work it out? If I can get it to work I'll send it back to you with details etc for cost of postage. If I can't sort it then you haven't lost anything as you can't get it to work anyway PM me if interested.
