Replaced Catalytic Converter @ 55,249 under warranty (LOL, I guess they didn't know about the P0420 error back then?)
Clutch @ 168,000 (It broke into pieces apparently?!)
IMA Battery @ 230,000
Rear shocks @ 279,000
Drivers side window regulator @ 288,000
Right and left front shocks @ 323,000
Left front axle @ 330,000
All 3 engine mounts @ 332,000
Clutch @ 342,000
IMA Battery @ 379,000
Upper Radiator Hose @ 432,000
Thermostat @ 437,000
Rear Wiper Switch Asembly
Right lower control arm
Right front ABS unit
Throttle Cable (weird)
Spark plugs, brakes, etc here and there. Probably other smallish things. The previous owner had most receipts, but he said he'd lost a few over the years.

I bought it at 441,000. I've replaced the transmission due to the 1st/2nd grind, the O2 sensor and EGR valve.

I got a kick out of those. Hard to imagine any other car ever made that can go that many miles before replacing a radiator hose and a thermostat.

Very impressive! What is the highest G1 insight mileage heard of? I havent heard of one past 450K. A co-worker of mine just turned over 300K on his. Had a IMA battery replacement at 175K and a exhaust donut gasket and I think that is all he has had to do.

Someone bought one recently with 515k on it. Someone else broke 500k back at the beginning of last year, so they may be well beyond 515k if they're still truckin' like they used to.

I'm not really sure what to think of the repair list. On one hand, it seems a little excessive.. but most of the repairs were done at 300k+ miles, so on the other hand that seems fairly reasonable.

The previous owner may have gotten taken on at least some of it.. He was the type of person that would take the car into the dealership because, for example, the high beams weren't working. They replaced the bulbs..... for $120.....
