Car in, car done.
Surprisingly the car came back with a clean bill of health. Only issues noted were rear brakes getting low and a cobbled up air filter with a Fram element jammed into a Honda frame (WTF?). Oh and they're doing a 2007 recall to replace the original hardcoded ECU so they can reflash newer firmware.
Other than that the SA said it looked to work fine and was clean so no need to change it. When I do my next order of parts from the US I'll get an OEM filter and be done with it.
Now I feel bad for thinking they'd find a ton of stuff.
