Ask Rush. I lifted the one I sold him without any problem, And I'm an OF. I'm guessing around 50 lbs.

I finally had time today and spent the afternoon working on the car. It took about 5 hours to put the transmission back in and get the car up and running. Now it works better than ever before, it drive so smooth and make space ship sounds instead of sounding like a blender.

Can't wait to get everything finished off and see what kind of MPG's I can get on a working car!

Any recommendation for the best manual or writeup to go off of for swapping the tranny?

I might be doing this with my gf's 2001 CVT, which just ceased sending power from the engine to the wheels.

I used the honda tech manual. It can be downloaded on IC for free if u use the search bar. The main 2 exceptions to the manual were i did not have an engine cradle or a transmission jack. I rested the engine on a jack stand with a block of wood for protection and used a cherry picker to move the trans around. I pulled the trans up through the bottom for install.
