All good sugestions.
A lot of the calls I get are from people that are looking for solutions for their battery issues, that have never heard of Insight central, They stumble on the website, look around a bit, get lost, and pick up the phone. Guess I can put some hour limits on the contact us page, as that is where they get the phone number. I will try that.
On the other hand many charger owners think nothing of calling at 11PM on a Sunday nite when they are setting up for a charge and they want to confirm the settings to use.
I would not call my Sister at that time, let alone somebody I hardly know.
I like talking with people, and helping out, so it is hard to say no. When I do, I always feel bad after.

Don't know where it will go, but I am getting tired and frustrated that the really cool projects are getting neglected.
+1 to what the others have already said... Your efforts are appreciated ... and I wish I still had enough spare time to be able to come visit more often ... but life gets hectic... and I've also fallen victim to the not enough time bug.
Don't turn the things you like into chores ... if you need a break or you want to work on a different project ... it's your time , enjoy it as you see fit ... that's my 2 bits.
As for the mice ... maybe a good mouser house cat to hunt them down ... or I wonder sense the mice have a better sense of smell than humans if there is a scent we won't detect that would also repel them? ... kind of like the moth balls but a scent not on the human nose range... I don't know what that would be ... I've always been told moth balls.
Or if you know where they go ... leave them some poisoned food to eat.

Thanks Guys for the moral support, it helps a lot.
I told a guy to do his homework before he e-mailed me yesterday and still feel bad about it.
Welcome to the TEMPNET club Ian, (Too Many Projects Not Enough Time)
I always enjoy your visits, and hope we can connect soon to compare notes on the A123 cells that you so thoroughly tested.
My first 4 packs worth of MaxIMA sticks will show up this friday, along with the Sucre cells to test so I have to get prepared for that.
Life is not dull anyways.

Mike, I appreciate everything you do. One time early on when you told me to do my homework by reading the manual you were absolutely correct, and don't worry about feeling bad one bit. After I read it through twice I was able to not only use my GC01 charger / discharger, but also was able to help another guy on the forum use his.
You spent a lot of time on the manual, and it explains a lot to the person who takes the time to learn it.
Id rather have mice than squirrels. They jump from tree to tree donkey kicking acorns, limbs and anything else DOWN BELOW when I go outside. For a dumb animal it seems capable of some devdiant behavior.
Ive also seen them make this duck like sound to call their buddies over to assist them in slinging nuts from above.
I was raised on a farm and if you have a cat, one that isn't over-fed, you won't see mouse 1. My Himalayan cat was the best mouser in the world. Besides, you have all the fun of having the furry creature around.....the cat, I mean.

Thanks
It is mixed of course ... sometimes frustrating , feel like not making progress , etc ... but in the end ... I like to have the projects ... and it is fun to complete a few every now and then.

Ditto ... I've always enjoyed them as well ... I intend to do some more testing yet on my A123 cells ... but I've been diverted for a bit to other projects with sooner deadlines ... TEMPNET I guess.
Unfortunately the new place we moved to did not have a garage / work shop ... so that is still on the future wish list ... and I'm now further away from your place ... about ~140 miles round trip now ... oh well ... eventually.
