Default Just bought a G1 insight and need a couple of parts; where can I get them

Hi all.

Just became part of Insight family. Been a Porsche guy for 18 years (fully restored '73 911T), own 3 Saabs ('96 900 convertible and 2 late model 9-3s) and a T&C minivan.

Bought a 2003 Insight CVT with 110K miles.

So far, love it.

But have discovered that I am missing a couple of the undercarriage splashguard type pieces.

Any idea where I can get these parts? Have had a search set up on eBay for the past week or so but so far no parts.

I know all the Porsche and Saab recyclers, so now need to get plugged into the Insight network.

Ant help would be appreciated.

. . . so I bought the Insight as a carbon offset for my old, hydrocarbon spewing Porsche

Thanks for the links, guys. Prices, especially for new, not too bad at all (especially after buying classic 911 parts for the past 18 years!).

BTW, what is grid charging? PHEV? or just for topping up/conditioning the battery? Can you tell me more?

Check out Mike Dubrowski and Jeff652, they have all kinds of info on grid charging (including the chargers).
