Default 5W-20 AMSOIL 7500 miles 2001 1.0L 5-speed

Found this used oil analysis for insight. It appears the car suffered piston wear (molybdenum coating wore off into oil): 5W-20 AMSOIL 7500 miles 2001 HONDA INSIGHT 1.0L 5-speed manual gas-electric lean-burn - Bob Is The Oil Guy

I'd definitely be trying to work those numbers down.

Here are a couple of others:

Oil analysis on my 2000MT

Oil analysis reports for my 2000 Insight.

Used Oil Analysis - Honda MTF (MTF, but interesting)

Oil Analysis

Laboratory oil analysis back on factory oil... (Factory fill analysis!)

And the one you found:

An outstanding oil Analysis!!!

Good thing it was the first analysis, he'd be pretty disappointed if he saw some other peoples numbers. Though, the Insight engine is a very nice wearing engine indeed.

Well, all of them, ideally.

19 iron and 11 copper is way higher than I'd like to see. If you look at some of those other reports, they should be in the single digits, once the engine is broken in.
