UK RHD / JDM RHD / CDN / European LHD / AU / US Differences

I recently noticed a picture of a RHD G1 with NO glove box lock. I am unsure whether this was a UK market car or JDM. But this also got me thinking about all the subtle differences Honda made in the various world markets.

I'm sure these have been discussed sporadically, but may be beneficial to hash out an exhaustive list in one thread.

We all know the UK models had double DIN Radio opening. Did they come with single DIN radio and storage underneath? Or double DIN stereo? Any difference in JDM and UK models?

Which cars have the little bumps as window switch guard?

Which cars came with the rear fog light?

Which cars came with Daytime Running Lights?

Some differences are simply inherent to the construction of RHD vs. LHD models. With this regard, are the floor pans the same? Would a Passenger floor mat fit the Driver side floor of a UK model?

Apparently not! My owner's manual lists Canadian spec cars as being equipped with DRL. My JDM brochure shows the 2 DIN radio opening with an optional navigation screen and side turn indicators on the fenders. I have always been jealous of Euro-spec cars with their rear foglights, but they are less elegantly integrated on the Gen I Insight than other models. I would assume there would be fitment issues with the RHD vs LHD floor mats due to pedal placement but it would be very cool to find a source for JDM Insight accessories (like Sigma Automotive for Prius) since the accessories for U.S. spec cars are becoming harder to find...
