Probably not. The Honda oil is a conventional/synthetic blend, and used oil analysis shows it is not a very good lubricant (breaks down in about 5000 miles). The Toyota oil is very similar to Mobil 1 (though not identical).

I can't speak to the similarities of Honda Green 0w20 and Toyota 0w20. But, there are multiple Honda 0w20 oils:

Of course, I'm wondering if the Ultra Green Honda oil isn't actually the 0w16 that will be actually coming out this year.

Honda Ultimate Synthetic 0W20 the last time I did a change. Cheapest full synthetic I could find a year and a half ago for $5.75/qt.

I use Mobil 1 0w-20 synthetic oil. I bought whole bunch of this stuff in quart bottles for $5.00 each last Black Friday at Pep Boys.
