Probably your best option on the EGR is to buy one of Jeff562 reconditioned ones. The Acura would work if you can find a good one, but I hate to spend time putting on bad parts
You probably also need to clean the EGR plate, located between the intake manifold and the cylinder head. Use lots of penitrating oil to soak the bolts before trying to get them off. A broken bolt is a real disaster. You can test the EGR system as a source of rough running by just disconnecting the EGR valve plug. If your rough running clears up, then it is most likely the valve or plate.
