Tell him to hug the barrels. His car definitely needs them.
That guy is an ignorant a$$, I would've told him, "can't wait for summer gas prices to go up" lol. I remember last summer when gas was sub $4, never saw the roads so clear especially of SUVs. It was nice.
Still haven't seen one, and I work right down the road from a Honda dealership
Does this count though? lol
haha
thats all for me, except for one that i saw going out for a test drive when i drove past the dealer yesterday

I saw a blue on today in Westwood (W Los Angeles) and a red one in Irvine (orange county) the other day : )
First ones I've seen on the road, and I've had my eyes peeled!

Me too!, been looking and haven't seen a single new one except for my own for three weeks now. Seen plenty of new TL's though

I'm in Hollywood, CA and I have not seen another 2nd gen. yet. My dealership sold a few so they're out there.
I have people at stop lights ask me all the time,"what is that?".
Actually had a guy pull up next to me and ask me what it is, and said, "Nice car, go hug your trees". He was driving an Escalade with 22"s.
Say "I will, and then when I sell this thing, I'll buy a bunch more with its amazing resale value compared to your blinged out Avalanche made by a company whose story is soon about to reach Chapter 11."
I've yet to understand why guys who buy huge trucks to make up for anatomical deficiencies have to mock people who purchase something else. One day someone will have to tell me why the idea of polluting less and perhaps not making yourself as reliant on foreign oil is something that should be considered less than manly or your patriotic duty.
That said, having driven in an Avalanche, they're quite nice inside. I wouldn't own one because it would take me an hour to park it.
The only Insight II's in my little fishing & timber town have been at the Honda dealer. Drove by earlier today. There were 3 during the week, but didn't see'um on the lot. Could they have been sold?
Most people around here have been driving large pick-ups or SUV's. If they are dirty from off road travel or have lots of stuff in the back....no problem right vehicle for the job. But most of the time it was a nice clean truck with one person in it headed to Wal-Mart .....totally sick.
Last summer things began to change. First no traffic. Then older cars....yes cars not trucks or SUV's. Now its more and more new small cars!
In the bad old days of the clean pick-up I'd be asked about my Saturn's mpg, or the battery - engine process if driving my wife's Insight I. I'd brag on the mpg, fun to drive, and space for stuff bought while shopping. A couple of high school guys, working at a gas station, were p.o.ed by their lack of gas money and seemed to like my message.
