I'm certainly thankful for everyone's help. 37 now signed up, so we might have a full result next month. It's going to be tight--more participants would increase the odds.

On the fuel economy survey--I'm trying to find the time to upgrade it, to make it more useful for tracking your personal cars. I'm not sure we have enough responses to this one yet for the Insight to reach solid conclusions.

I'm now looking at preliminary results. 39 owners have signed up, but only 16 have responded to the survey so far. With this low of a response rate, we might not even have a partial result in November. But there are a few weeks left in the month, so it could still happen.

If not November, then certainly February.

We ended up with 30 responses for the Insight--a great response rate. Thanks, everyone.

So a partial result in November, full result in February. (Got started here a month too late for a full result in November.)

Additional participants would still be helpful--the larger the sample, the more precise the results.

I signed up - noticed that 'InsightCentral' is not on your pull down of sites when signing up, nor is it listed under 'Honda Insight Forums' when looking up mileage. If you are going to use this forum to acquire survey participants, it would seem only fair of you to also list it.

We've released a reliability stat for the all-new 2010 Honda Insight that includes owner experiences through September 30 2009.

None of the 30 owners who participated reported a repair. While the actual repair rate is certainly not zero, it's clearly low so far, and excellent for a model in its first model year.

We only had 1.8 months of data per car, on average, so this is a partial, preliminary result. On the site itself it it asterisked and only visible to members.

A big thank you to everyone who has been helping. We'll have further updates, with the first full results, in February and May. The more owners participate, the better the information we can provide.
