I agree I'd rather get better mpg than speed & the blue appears much more with econ off. Now I could be wrong, but I feel the computer automatically shows blue more often with econ off. I've switched back and forth when going up long hills & see the rpms are the exact same and with econ on it'll show as blue/green. Then with econ off it'll show as blue.

I'd try a trip on a highway once using cruise with econ on and then compare to econ off.

Yeah I'm going to try that. Now that I've had the car for a little and am familiar with my usual routes w/ econ on, a/c off mostly, driving at nearly a snail's pace, etc. I'm curious to see how different settings might affect mpg.
