Yeah, thats life. We have quite a few horor stories here from people using different shops for service and the outcomes. I have to admit I never had any problems with Toyota when I owned a few. THe local honda dealer just pushes me off when I ask if they can check a noise or fix what ever is broke.
I work for a bank and it pisses me off when someone who only writes checks to pay their bill, also uses online banking to see their loan, but will not use the free service to deduct the payment from their account. They get upset the payment was lost by the post office and blame us for charging a late fee and interest charge.
Myself, if I checked the day before its due and its not recieved, you can bet I will be making the min payment through the website so I do not have a fee, interest hike or something on my credit report. Then again, banks are evil.
