Default key replacement question

so wierd question, both of my keys to my 2010 honda insight have been misplaced since buying it last month. do any of you know if any other honda vehicle key fods are compatible? i notice the the civic and ridgeline both have the same fod. can i buy one of these and the dealer be able to program it for my car?

thanks for you help any suggestions will be very helpful. dont really want to spend 50 bucks on a key i can get for 20-25 if you know what i mean.

From what I've read, results have been very inconsistent when replacing the FOB with a cheaper one from eBay. The electronic programing and the special cuts combined with the lack of quality control in the aftermarket world make it a crap shoot.

Some people have no problems first time. Some people spend hundreds and give up.

Most Honda key FOBs that look like the right one "should" work. Some that don't look the same, such as the switchblades, will work.
