Default Possible new owner, Need advice

Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to decide between buying a 2011 Insight EX or an
Ford Fiesta ( 29/39 mpg ).
I probably drive around 400 miles per week and its 75% city driving most of the time.
I have read all the reviews on the Insight and am worried about some of the negative things I saw.
rear view while driving, small interior, small backseat, air conditioning going off at stop lights, lots of road noise while driving, ...

Looking for current owner opionions on the car. Good and Bad.
Is it really worth the extra money to get the better mpg.

Thanks ahead of time for any advice.

I just rented a ford focus ses for a little over a month and driving like I do my insight which averages 52mpg, I got 23. Best overall mpg in the ford netted me 35mpg.

You drive as much as I do a week and doing it on 9.x gallons is a nice feeling.

You need to go test drive each of them, there is something to be said for actually driving it before you buy it. You can read all the reviews you want and look at all the data out there but if you drive a car and the seat bothers you or you hate the way it drives then it isn't worth buying.
