Sounds dangerous. Shouldn't let your kids drive it if you got any.

Honda should make people who buy it sign a disclaimer form that all associated deaths not be pinned on the company.

Just driving down the road and your tires begin to lose contact with the ground is irresponsible of Honda.

Nobody should buy an I2, it's a death trap just waiting. Now if you have a spouse you're looking to get rid of, buy one.

ah, sarcasm ... i assume the new 185/60/15 tires on the '12 should help in that regard - at least a little bit ... i'm just itching for my stock tires to wear out so i can upgrade

Partly sarcasm.

It is alarming with people saying that they believe the I2 is about to blow over backward like a speeding race boat. Off the road to the point tires start to bark, etc.

I have never read such complaints about another mainstream automobile.

Are all these people simply making this stuff up or exaggerating?

If it's true, that there is a life threatening design flaw with the I2, it's very irresponsible of Honda.

Granted, I've never experienced it in my I2 ... nor has the wife brought it up ... and apparently from what these people are saying, our I2 is darn near continually in the speed range where this can occur.

But I'm not so quick to call several people suggesting the same thing a group of liars. With such a small base that we do have with end users of the I2, it's alarming.

i' do around 80mph on a daily basis on a long stretch of highway. I will say the wind does push the car. It isn't that extreme that it's going to knock the car over it just takes a little active driving to counter steer the winds force.

I used to have have a 2 and 1/2 ton Mercedes S class and that too would feel the force of strong gusts but much more rarely so logically this car being much lighter it's acceptable for it to be pushed a litte more.
